All the staff were smiling and very helpful. My only bugbear was the noise made by the machines monitoring patients!

Jo had no appointment was told to come and the consultant would see him as soon as possible waited less than 5 minutes!
He then arranged for the catheter to be changed (Jo had been waiting since October for this). We spent a little over 1 hour in the department.
